My Mental Kitchen Training & Mentoring Programme is a pilot programme focused on hospitality.
It was created through extensive research and piloted with The Victoria Pub in Oxshott. Their involvement and contributions have shaped the training into an accredited programme externally assessed and awarded by AIM and NOCN.
A diploma of completion and 30 CPD points are awarded to each participant.

How it works
The programme has three foundation modules of 3 hours and six 2 hour monthly follow-up sessions.

It is delivered as group coaching sessions with a maximum of 10 participants. Therefore, the participation of the business owners or senior management responsible for the authorization to implement any changes identified and agreed upon is essential.

The first three modules create a bedrock to build trust and collaboration.

The following six sessions provide a space to explore what works and what does not, both on an organizational and personal level.
The programme is not group therapy!
The desired outcomes are practical, implementable solutions for creating a growth mindset and the skills to manage the development of individuals and business.
